Prepare Your Questions: Write down any questions or concerns you wish to discuss with your provider.
Be Ready to Describe Your Pain: Be prepared to provide detailed information about the location, intensity, triggers, and duration of your pain.
Consider Keeping a Pain Journal: Documenting your pain experiences can provide valuable insights for your doctor.
